The client needed an end-to-end digital solution to simplify food ordering, employee subsidies, and payment management across multiple canteens within their corporate campus.
Employees required a quick, convenient way to claim daily subsidies, order meals, and make secure payments. Meanwhile, canteen operators needed tools for inventory tracking, order processing, and transaction management.
Additionally, the HR department sought a centralized dashboard to monitor transactions, manage subsidies, and oversee merchant operations across all canteens.
We developed a comprehensive, multi-role ecosystem consisting of:
Employee Mobile App (Flutter):
A user-friendly app that allowed employees to view and utilize their daily food subsidy, browse menus, order meals, and make payments using QR codes or facial recognition. The app also provided access to order history and account management.
Canteen Admin Panel (Next.js):
A web dashboard for canteen merchants to manage inventory, accept and process orders, track sales, and handle payment transactions in real time.
HR Admin Panel:
A centralized control panel enabling HR administrators to monitor all employee transactions, manage subsidy allocations, and oversee canteen operations efficiently.
The system’s backend, powered by Node.js and MongoDB, ensured secure data handling, while DLib supported facial recognition for fast and secure identity verification.
